Refunds and Cancellation

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Short version: the course is an instant-access digital product. When you buy it, you ask for access to begin immediately and agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access starts. If something is wrong with the course, your legal rights are not affected.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. This does not apply to digital content once you have asked for it to begin and acknowledged that you will lose the right to cancel.

What you agree at checkout

Before you pay, we ask you to tick a box confirming that you want the course to be made available immediately, and that you understand you lose your right to cancel once you start to access it. We then give you access straight away and send you confirmation by email.

If something goes wrong

  • If the course is faulty, does not work as described, or you cannot access it, contact us at enquiries@neurohubcommunity.org and we will put it right. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
  • If you were charged twice or in error, we will refund the extra payment.

Payment plan

Monthly subscription

If you pay £12.99 a month, you are agreeing to a subscription with a minimum term of 6 months (£77.94 in total). You cannot cancel before the minimum term has been paid. After that you can cancel at any time; your access then ends when the period you have already paid for ends, and you will not be charged again. If a payment fails, you keep access while our payment provider retries, and we will contact you; if it cannot be collected the subscription ends and so does your access. If you pay once, you pay a single price and your access does not expire.
