Many practitioners use the course between sessions, so clients can watch, read and reflect at their own pace and bring what matters to them back to your work together.
How it works
- Buy the licence. We email you a link to set your password (if you already have an account, just log in).
- Open “My clients” from the top of your course dashboard.
- Add a client by typing their email address, with a name or reference only you can see.
- They get an email with a link to set their password, then they have their own access to everything.
Please ask first. Only add people you are working with, and tell them before you add them that an email from Re-Storying Autism is on its way. When you add a client, you share their email address with us so we can create their account. We use it only to give them access and to send account emails, never marketing.
Licence questions
How many clients can I give access to?
As many as you work with. There is no limit on the number of clients while your licence is active. To stop the invite email being misused, you can add up to 30 new clients a day; email us if you need more at once.
What do my clients get?
Their own private account with everything in the Ultimate Course Bundle: the 7-module video course with an infographic for every lesson, the course book and Companion Workbook PDFs, and Helen Edgar’s Neuro-Affirming Glossary e-book, card deck, posters and print files.
Can I see my clients’ progress or notes?
No. You can see who you have added and whether they have set up their account. Their progress, notes and reflections belong to them and are private, as they are for every learner. If you want to talk about what they are learning, ask them.
What happens when a client finishes working with me?
Remove their access from your My clients page whenever you like. Their account and notes are kept, so if you add them again later, they can carry on where they left off.
What happens if my licence ends?
Your clients’ access ends at the same time as yours. Anything they downloaded while they had access is theirs to keep for their own use. If you renew, you can add them again.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
£499.99 a year, paid by card through our payment provider, Stripe. It renews each year until you cancel. There is no minimum term: email us at any time to stop the next renewal, and your licence runs to the end of the year you have paid for.
Can I get a refund?
The licence is a digital product with instant, full access, so at checkout you agree that you give up your 14-day right to cancel, and there is no refund if you change your mind. If something is faulty or not as described, your legal rights are not affected: tell us and we will put it right.
Is the licence for a whole school or service?
The licence is for one practitioner and the clients they work with. If you want access for a team, a school or a whole service, email us and we will price it for you.
